Terms of Use

By using Ride Copilot you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Riding Safety

Ride Copilot is an information display. Speed limits, traffic, weather, fuel range, lean angle and route guidance can be late, missing or wrong. You are always responsible for riding safely and legally, obeying posted signs and traffic laws, and keeping your attention on the road. Set up the app before you ride and do not handle your phone while moving.

2. Fall Detection

Fall alerts are a convenience, not an emergency service. They can miss a crash or trigger without one. Do not rely on them in place of emergency services.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the app lawfully, including laws on phone use and mounting while riding.
• Do not use it to record or share other people in ways that break the law where you ride.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the map, weather or traffic services the app relies on.

4. Paid Features

Some features may require a paid plan. Price and cancellation terms are shown in the app at the point of purchase and are handled by Apple.

5. Your Content

Your rides, photos and videos stay yours and stay on your phone unless you choose to share them.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, logos and software belong to Studio Vicki LLC or its licensors. Map, weather and traffic data belong to their providers.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Ride Copilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Vicki LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from riding while using the app.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data. By using the app you also agree to it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Disputes go exclusively to the state or federal courts in Arizona.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about Ride Copilot.
