• HVAC Service Technician

  Full time· Phoenix, AZ· $28 to $42 per hour, depending on certification

  Diagnose and repair residential cooling and heating: capacitors, motors, refrigerant, thermostats and full system changeouts. Stocked truck, take it home, and a dispatcher who books realistic days instead of stacking eight calls on you.

  What we are looking for

  EPA 608 certification. Two or more years of residential service. Clean driving record. NATE certification is paid for, not required.

• Install Helper

  Apprenticeship· Phoenix, AZ· $20 to $24 per hour while training

  Apply for this

  Learn on real changeouts beside a lead installer. Paid training, tools provided, EPA 608 paid for once you are ready to sit it.

  What we are looking for

  No experience needed. You can lift, you can be on a roof in July, and you turn up. Valid driver licence.

• Maintenance Plan Technician

  Full time· Phoenix, AZ· $25 to $33 per hour

  Seasonal tune-ups for plan members: coils, filters, drains, electrical checks and honest findings. No quotas on upsells. If a system is fine, you write that it is fine.

  What we are looking for

  One or more years of HVAC or strong general mechanical experience. EPA 608 preferred and paid for if you do not hold it.
