Yes. We need an adult on site to let us in, show us what it is doing and approve the work before we start. If you cannot be there yourself, tell us when you book and we will arrange it with whoever can.
What should I do before you arrive?
Clear a path to the indoor air handler and to the outdoor unit, and move anything stacked against either one. Note roughly when the trouble started and any noise it is making. Shut pets in another room, because the front door stays open while we carry equipment in.
How can I pay?
Card, check or bank transfer, taken once the work is finished and you have signed it off. We do not ask for a deposit on a repair call.
