  Emergency water and flood response: extraction, drying equipment, moisture mapping and daily monitoring. You are the first person a family sees after a bad night, so how you talk to them matters as much as the meter readings.

  What we are looking for

  IICRC WRT certification, or we pay for it within 90 days. Clean driving record. Able to be on call one week in three.

• Mitigation Crew Member

  Full time· Phoenix, AZ· $20 to $26 per hour

  Set and monitor drying equipment, demo wet materials, and keep sites clean and documented. Paid certification path from day one.

  What we are looking for

  No experience needed. Physically demanding work in real conditions. Valid driver licence.
