Scorpions in the nursery and I was losing my mind. They came the same day, sealed the entry points, and set up a plan that actually keeps them out. First good night of sleep in a week. They told me exactly what they were applying and that it was safe around the baby and the dog.
Had a real ant problem and two other companies just sprayed the baseboards and left. Desert Shield found where they were actually coming in and dealt with the source. Quarterly plan has kept the house clear since.
Great service and honest about what they could and could not guarantee with the roof rats. Took two visits to fully sort it, but they came back at no charge between the scheduled visits, exactly as promised.
