What should I do with my pets during the treatment?
Keep pets and children out of the rooms we are treating until the product has dried. We tell you the re entry time printed on the label of what we applied before we leave, and it goes on your service sheet. Cover fish tanks and switch the pump off, and we will tell you when it can go back on.
What should I do before you arrive?
Clear the baseboards and the kitchen counters, pull bins away from the wall, and leave anywhere you have actually seen them exactly as it is. Where they are walking is what tells us where they are getting in.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes. We walk the property with you and show you what we found and where. Recurring exterior visits do not need you there, as long as we can get into the yard and the side gate is unlocked.
